Deposit Requirements

A 20-30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due on the first day of the trip.
The deposit is non-refundable (see cancellation policy).

2. Pricing & Inclusions

Accommodations (as specified in itinerary).
Airport Service (Arrival and Departure)
Meals (as specified in itinerary)
Transportation (private vehicle)
Professional guide services (as specified in itinerary)
Entrance fees to attractions (as specified in itinerary)
Camel trekking (desert tours)
24/7 WhatsApp support

What's NOT Included

- International flights to Morocco
- Lunches (unless specified)
- Gratuities/tips for guides
- Personal expenses
- Drinks and beverages (except water)
- Optional activities and excursions
- Airport transfers (unless arranged)

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest

15+ days before departure:
Refund: 100% of paid amount
Deposit: refund 100 % of the deposit

Less than 15 days before departure:
Refund: 0% (No refund)
Full amount forfeited

4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

All Tours:

• 20% – 30% deposit to confirm

• Payment of 80% – 70% of the remaining balance on the first day of the tour.

• Full payment is required on the first day of the tour.

Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings
Flight delays or cancellations
Travel document issues (visas, passports)
Weather-related changes
Third-party services (airlines, hotels not ours)
